WHAT IS CRIME-RATE?

As per the public ideology, the crime rate is the number of total crimes happening in the region but, that not what a crime rate is. how can anyone calculate the number of crimes happening, while most of them are not reported and are not highlighted by the media? hence, we cannot find the real crime rate of the region. The real crime rate is mainly described as the number of crimes reported to law enforcement agencies per 1 lakh total population. In my opinion, the crime rate should be called 'Reported crime rate' as per the definition.

If you just get to know that you're living in the state having the highest crime rate. Then trust me you're at the safest place you can be. The high crime rate just describes your living in a region full of active-minded persons. the crime rate is always misunderstood by the public. however, this is the rate of the people knowing their rights in the region.

In the fight against COVID-19, an auto-rickshaw driver in Kerala has installed a working tap with a bottle of hand wash in his vehicle and asks passengers to wash hands before boarding the vehicle.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness, they say, but staying clean and keeping oneself clean is a fact and a daily practice that everyone must follow as their routine, it is like breathing, if you do not follow, you’re in trouble. But somewhere this kept fading away and people started to consider cleanliness as a choice and not a compulsion, now when the pandemic has hit us worldwide, we began to reconsider cleanliness as our duties now, not to stay clean but in fear of Covid-19 getting a hold on us.

This man from Kerala realizes his duty and may it be his forcedness for money or may it be his realization of people who take public transport, need auto-rickshaws, and along with his duty this man, with the handwash and water attached to his auto as the picture depicts, that this man wants to spread awareness that the people must follow the rules of wearing masks and let them be reminded of how they must keep washing their hands to avoid the spread of bacterias or viruses through contamination or touch.
